About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled RN to serve as our Charge Nurse in an ambulatory surgery environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operating room experience, and the ability to assess and implement effective patient care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to foster a collaborative atmosphere and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience is required, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or hospital.
- Experience managing a team of at least 20 direct reports is preferred.
- Must have previous Nursing experience in at least one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
