Job Summary
The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to serve as our Charge Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ambulatory surgery center, ensuring the highest level of patient care and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of nursing staff and coordination of patient care
- Management of schedules and implementation of best practices in nursing
- Critical thinking and effective communication skills required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience required
- Experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or hospital preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
