Surgical Services Manager
The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to manage our surgical services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all surgical procedures are conducted safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee surgical services and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Coordinate schedules and supervise a team of nurses
- Participate in direct patient care and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience is required
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
