Charge Nurse (RN), Ambulatory Surgery Center - Full-time at Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown
The Charge Nurse at an Ambulatory Surgery Center oversees the daily operations of a dental practice while providing direct patient care. This leadership role requires at least one year of management experience in an Operating Room or Ambulatory Surgery Center, as well as a valid RN license and certifications in Basic and Adult Cardiac Life Support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients in accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment.
- Participate in direct patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience is required, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or hospital.
