Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Leader
The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center and ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care.
This role requires a minimum of one year of Charge Nurse experience, with a strong preference for experience in an operating room or similar settings. You will be responsible for assessing and planning patient care while adhering to established safety and health standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Ensure high-quality patient care through effective assessment and planning
- Manage a team of nursing staff
- Enforce policies and procedures related to infection control and patient safety
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience required, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and/or hospital
- Must have previous Nursing experience in at least one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
