We are seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown!
As a key member of our team, the RN Charge Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations, manage a team of nurses, and maintain high standards of patient care in an ambulatory surgery setting.
Responsibilities include assessing and implementing nursing care, coordinating schedules, and adhering to federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Required Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of charge nurse/management experience, preferably in an operating room, ambulatory surgery center, or hospital
- Previous nursing experience in settings such as operating room, pre-op/post-op, post anesthesia care unit (PACU), or intensive care unit (ICU)
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
A favorable background check result is also required.
