We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing nursing care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and supervise a team of nurses
- Participate in direct patient care and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience is required
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
