Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center, including:
- Coordinating patient care and managing staff
- Maintaining compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards
- Providing exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth facility operations
The successful candidate will have at least one year of charge nurse or management experience in an operating room, ambulatory surgery center, or hospital setting. They should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.

The following qualifications are required for this position:

- Current BLS certification and a valid Kentucky RN license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds
