The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of Charge Nurse/management experience, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or hospital setting. They should also have experience managing a team of at least 20 direct reports and be able to coordinate patient care and maintain compliance with health regulations in a fast-paced environment.
