We are seeking a seasoned Charge Nurse to join our team at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown. As a key member of our perioperative nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced medical team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that all procedures are conducted safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the surgical facility, including managing budgets, staffing, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
