- Ensuring proper techniques and practices are used in accordance with accepted standards of practice
- Coordinating patient care and maintaining accurate medical records
- Managing staff members and enforcing policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a management position
- Prior experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or hospital setting preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
