Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of registered nurses and support staff in providing excellent patient care and services.

- Lead a team of registered nurses and support staff in providing excellent patient care and services.
- Assess, prioritize, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a charge nurse in an operating room or similar setting.
- Valid RN license in Kentucky required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
