Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that nursing care is provided in accordance with established standards.
Your role will include coordinating staff schedules, managing patient care in the operating room, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and/or hospital. You will have previous Nursing experience in at least one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience
- Previous Nursing experience in at least one of the following settings: OR, Pre-Op/Post-Op, PACU, ICU
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
