Job Title: Charge Nurse
The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to oversee daily operations in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our team, you will ensure coordinated patient care in the operating room and directly supervise nursing staff.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with significant leadership skills and a valid RN license. A background in Operating Room (OR), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital experience is preferred. Additionally, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly valued.
- Manage nursing staff and coordinate breaks/lunches
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards
- Directly care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
