Key Responsibilities
As a Charge Nurse at the Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Coordinating nursing staff and managing schedules
- Participating in direct patient care and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or hospital
- Previous experience in an Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Valid Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) License required; BLS certification also required
