Charge Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team as a Charge Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and leading a team of professionals.
Main Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including patient care and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Maintain open communication with nursing staff, physicians, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role, preferably in an Operating Room, ASC, or hospital
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN degree preferred
- Valid RN licensure in Kentucky; BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Clear background check
