Job Description:
The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown seeks an experienced and skilled Charge Nurse to oversee the daily operations of our Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure a safe environment in the operating room, and contribute to enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. You will also participate in direct patient care, implement policies, and maintain accurate medical records.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse/manager, preferably in an Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and/or hospital. You must have previous nursing experience in one of the following settings: Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/Post-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
