Job Opportunity :
Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent experienced ( Physician ) Recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money- motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience and proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Director of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing / social media posts to support your open searches.
Responsibilities :
- Source & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, , social media platforms, etc.
- Attend industry networking events / conferences, job fairs / school events
- Build a large pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locations
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone calls / zoom
- Present open job searches to candidates
- Match candidates with clients that are a good fit
- Manage a large book of client accounts
- Place a large amount of candidates in open positions quickly
- Manage multiple accounts and client relationships
- Assist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start date
- Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of doctors (ODs & MDs)
- Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of clients
- Serve as a consultant to both candidates and clients
- This position will require regular interfacing with internal company and client leadership teams to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate and strategize on recruitment approaches that will yield the best outcomes
- Work and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Daily & Weekly reporting
- Work together with other team members to drive company results

Compensation :
Our home office is located in New York.
This position will be full time remote and will require domestic travel 10% or less.
Candidates who do not have experience working remotely full-time will not be considered.
