This independent contractor role is fully commission-based and requires candidates to have established, active relationships within a specific territory, focusing on specialty retailers, resorts, and premium independent retailers in both the mens and womens markets that align with the eyebobs brand. This is a critical requirement for consideration. The ideal candidate is already actively working within their designated territory and has a deep understanding of the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing, active relationships with accounts in your specific territory that are a strong fit for eyebobs products to grow our presence and sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between eyebobs and accounts, providing exceptional service and maintaining consistent communication.
- Actively pursue new opportunities through industry relationships, networking, and prospecting within your territory.
- Achieve annual sales targets and expand market share among current and new account bases annually.
- Conduct regular sales and service calls on all assigned accounts, ensuring engagement at least once every 90 days.
- Attend and actively participate in trade shows, industry events, and sales training sessions as requested by eyebobs.
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and activity reports, providing insights into market trends and account needs.
- Maintain a current supply of product samples and remain knowledgeable about eyebobs offerings and brand values.
