An Optical Sales Specialist will deliver exceptional patient experiences, maximizing retail sales while supporting medical needs.
- Connect patients with goods and services offered
- Dispense and fit glasses and contacts from prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists
- Work from the front of the house to create a world-class Total Patient Experience
Key Responsibilities

- Determine patient wants and needs and sell to exceed expectations
- Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color, coordinating frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescriptions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous medical office experience preferred; previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
