Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead clinical KPI development in partnership with various functional and operational leaders
- Document and manage KPI definitions
- Build automated clinical KPI dashboards and support data & metrics delivery to clinical leadership
- Contribute to building clinical datasets, proactively
- Monitor key datasets and provide appropriate recommendations for action and changes
- Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership to determine and document data and reporting requirements
- Capture, develop, and document data definitions, KPI rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements as needed
- Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis
- Create specifications for reports based on business requests
- Responsible for interpretation of results as needed

- SQL knowledge with strong query writing skills
- Python experience is a plus o AWS Cloud knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
- Experience with basic medical coding and terminology, to include CPT Codes, ICD-10 codes, HCPCS, and NDC codes.
- Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems or Analytics. Post graduate degree preferred.
