Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints
- Assist customers with product recommendations, online ordering, billing inquiries, and other general inquiries
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, including sales, operations, and returns, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Educate customers on Eyeconic's products, services, and promotions
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for helping and connecting with others
- Knowledge of eyewear and vision care is a plus, but not required
