Job Responsibilities
As a Vision Care Professional, your responsibilities will include selling, fitting, and dispensing eyewear to customers with exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for educating clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, maintaining accurate patient records, and mentoring potential apprentice opticians. If permitted by state law, you will perform insertion and removal training of contact lenses to customers. Additionally, you will maintain awareness of same-day service using our 'Ready When Promised' production board and complete inventory counts as necessary. You will also assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers and mentor potential apprentice opticians as permitted by law.
