District Manager:

Eyemart Express accepting applications for candidates for District Manager. The District Manager, under the direction of their Regional Vice President, is responsible for management of store operations on a district level, ensuring that proper training, financial controls and inventory controls are consistent throughout the district. This is a leadership role, responsible for the enforcement of all company policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for establishing stores’ sales goals, budgets and cost controls, human resource functions (recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and termination), P&L control, A/R control, store facility maintenance, and for establishing and maintaining positive doctor relationships.

District Optical Lab Manager :

Eyemart Express accepting applications for candidates for District Lab Manager. The general responsibilities of this position are to manage store lab operations on a district level, ensuring that proper training, quality, productivity and maintenance controls are consistent throughout the district. This is a leadership role, responsible for the development and engagement of people, as well as the enforcement of all company policies and procedures. 

General Manager:

Eyemart Express is accepting applications for candidates with a strong retail optical background for a Management position at one of our store locations. Under the direction of their District Manager and/or Regional Vice President, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers who enter the store are professionally assisted with the purchase of eyewear. This is a leadership role, responsible for the enforcement of all Eyemart policies and procedures. A General Manager will perform sales, customer service, lab, and administrative work, in addition to ordering materials and supplies, inventory control, home office reporting, establishing and monitoring lab production, store sales, and quality goals. This role is also responsible for establishing store budgets and cost controls, human resource functions (recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and termination), P&L control, A/R control, store facility maintenance, and for establishing and maintaining positive doctor relationships.

Optical Lab Manager:

Eyemart Express is accepting applications for candidates with a strong optical lab background for a position at one of our store locations. Under the direction of the store’s General Manager and the District Lab Manager, the Lab Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers who enter the store receive their glasses in a timely manner. This is a leadership role, responsible for the enforcement of all Eyemart policies and procedure.

Optical Retail Sales Associate:

Eyemart Express is accepting applications for a Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Retail Optician. This role will primarily assist patients in selecting the eyeglass frames, lenses and lens coatings that best suit their needs. The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for ensuring the Lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information for grinding, coating and fitting lenses to the frames. Once the glasses are complete, the Retail Sales Associate is responsible for dispensing the glasses to the patient.

Optical Lab Technician:

Eyemart Express is accepting applications for a Optical Lab Technician. The Optical Lab Technician will be responsible for cutting, edging, and creating prescription lenses to ensure customers can receive their new prescription glasses in a timely manner. Once the glasses are complete, the Lab technician is responsible for taking the glasses to the retail floor so the glasses can be dispensed to the receiving patient.
