WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
EyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical professional with expertise in graphic design, campaign and social media management, Google Ads, print ad management, website management and design, exceptional writing and reporting skills, event marketing, and project coordination.
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for overseeing all external company messaging, identifying potential opportunities to grow the EyeMD EMR client base, and managing marketing-related relationships. This individual should be exceedingly organized, attentive to detail, creative, highly self-motivated, and ready to take on all assigned responsibilities. The ideal candidate consistently delivers engaging presentations to prospective clients and simultaneously works to uphold the ideals and standards of the company.
WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in Marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work enthusiastically in a constantly changing environment.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Ability to provide a portfolio of work, including campaigns and design projects.
- Confidence in preparing and presenting detailed marketing reports.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and projects.
- Familiarity with the ophthalmology industry and EMR software is a plus.
- Preference given to HQ office-based candidates (2 days/week).
