WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are an EMR software company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee benefits administration, and time-off management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
To be considered for this position, you must reside within the immediate area and work in the headquarters office located in Bonita Springs, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrator.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and payroll systems.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to adhere to deadlines and due dates.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee benefits administration.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management, accounting, benefits administration, or similar role.
- Understanding of software development industry financial regulations and accounting practices.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and tax laws.
- Knowledge of project-based accounting or job costing.
- Knowledge of cloud-based accounting and financial platforms.
- Experience with financial reporting for executive teams or board members.
- Experience tracking and managing employee time-off requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.
- Experience administering benefits programs, retirement plans, and company rewards.
- Experience reporting on benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Experience developing and implementing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
