The ideal candidate will optimize sales processes, manage our CRM system, implement workflow efficiencies, and provide insightful analytics to drive data-informed decisions. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our sales operations while supporting our company’s continued growth in the healthcare technology sector.
The Sales Operations Specialist at EyeMD EMR is responsible for ensuring seamless sales processes, maintaining data accuracy in our systems, developing and monitoring sales metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, tech-savvy, and has a knack for identifying operational improvements.
WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in developing and managing sales reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
