We are an electronic medical records software company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are seeking a long-term, talented, and motivated full-time Technical Support Specialist. This position will primarily consist of telephone & remote access support. Responsibilities, include software installation, installing and troubleshooting diagnostic equipment & device integrations, troubleshooting technical & training related issues, identifying/troubleshooting bugs/feature requests and submitting them to developers for review, and recommending hardware/software solutions to clients. To be considered for this position, you must live and permanently reside within one of the following states, FL, GA, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX, WI.
WHAT BASIC QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:
- Candidate MUST demonstrate at LEAST 4 years of positive experience:
- Designing and Installing Microsoft Windows Server 2012/newer based systems
- Active Directory/Workgroup Authentication
- Network/Workstation/Server Best Practices
- Server Fault Tolerance Best Practices
- Server Backup Best Practices
- Group Policies
- Server and Workstation Troubleshooting/Maintenance
- WAN Infrastructures including VPN.
- Remote Desktop/Terminal Services
- Network Design/Troubleshooting/Maintenance
- Database Maintenance & Reporting
- Experience with Microsoft SQL server
- Effective Communication with Clients & End Users
- MCSE Certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Skills
