- Register patients efficiently according to established protocols, maintaining accurate billing information.
- Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation, including medical insurance.
- Maintain and manage patient records with utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient use of time.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer as required, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collect co-pays and payments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Report statistics and metrics as requested by management.
- Schedule tests, scans, and outside appointments for patients while adhering to medical professionals' requirements.
- OBTAIN external medical reports as needed by medical professionals.
- Respond promptly to requests for information and maintain open communication channels.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail with discretion.
- Complete other clerical tasks as assigned and maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Education and Qualifications
