This key role will be responsible for leading the process development of drug product formulations, implementing Quality by Design (QbD) principles, and ensuring alignment with project goals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of successfully developing drug product formulations and processes from concept to commercialization.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the process development of drug product formulations
- Implementing Quality by Design (QbD) principles in drug product development programs
- Developing extended-release formulations
- Collaborating across internal stakeholder functions
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and at least 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical development in late-stage process development. They should possess excellent leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of bringing innovation and creativity to their work.
