Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our vendor relationships and member management processes. You will be responsible for analyzing vendor administrative fee statements, identifying trends and opportunities, and conducting outreach to potential new members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Fee Analysis:
- Analyze vendor administrative fee statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify trends and anomalies in vendor fees and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor fees and maximize savings for EPG members.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Member Recruitment:
- Conduct outreach to potential new members via phone, email, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of EPG membership.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Assist with the onboarding of new members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience in the eyecare industry is a plus.
