This position is 100% in-office, Monday-Friday, in Marietta, GA.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for scheduling and dispatching field technicians
- Own the process—from planning service visits to confirming work completion
- Communicate like a pro, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, techs, and internal teams
- Stay on top of budgets by tracking technician travel expenses
- Follow up with clients to ensure top-tier service and gather feedback
- Keep things organized with accurate record-keeping, ticket tracking, and invoice management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to keep a positive attitude under pressure
