Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with medical staff to maintain organized and detailed patient records.
- Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions during clinic visits or procedures.
- Provide administrative support by managing medical paperwork and assisting with medical administrative tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience or familiarity with medical terminology, including anatomy knowledge is preferred .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording medical information.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and patient service protocols.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation.
- Previous experience in medical administrative support is a plus.
