Job Description:
Eyes of Hope Home Health, LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission-Based Marketer to help expand our patient base in Houston and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must have their own established referral sources and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for generating and converting patient referrals, ensuring patients are placed on service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your own network of referral sources (e.g., physicians, healthcare facilities, assisted living homes) to generate patient leads.
- Promote the services of Eyes of Hope Home Health, LLC to potential patients and referral sources.
- Ensure referred patients are placed on service with our company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations.
- Actively engage in outreach, marketing, and networking activities to increase patient referrals.
- Track and report on referral progress and marketing efforts.
Commission Structure:
This is Commision Based and not Hourly. $200 to $250 per patient admission for the first 20 patients.
- Competitive commission based on successfully placing patients on service.
- Tiered commission incentives after meeting certain patient placement thresholds:
- Tier 1: Base commission for placing 1–20 patients on service per month.
- Tier 2: Higher commission for placing 21–40 patients on service per month.
- Tier 3: Top-tier commission for placing 41 patients on service per month.
- Additional bonuses for exceeding referral targets on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
- Must have an established network of referral sources within the healthcare or senior care sector.
- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Houston area and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with potential referral partners.
