LVN Home Health - Atascocita, TX

This is a per-visit job. We are looking for Home Health LVN to join our team in Atascocita, TX and surrounding areas. Job requirements include wound care, and medication checks in the patient home. Flexible working hours. There will be a 2-week training course to get you acclimated to our computer system.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• One to one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments, coordination of care Health promotion teaching, and training of family members
