Our team is passionate about helping people see clearly and feel their best. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing optometry practice.
Responsibilities
- Greeting Patients: Welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our office software, Eye Cloud Pro.
- Patient Check-In/Out: Verify patient information, collect copayments, and provide necessary paperwork.
- Phone and Email Support: Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling.
- Office Coordination: Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front office area.
- Customer Service: Ensure patients have a positive experience from start to finish.
- Contact Lens Orders: manage contact lens orders for patients.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about helping others.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a medical or optometry office (but not required – we’ll provide training!)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
