We seek a friendly and organized individual to join this spectacular team as an Optical / Medical Receptionist in Medfield, MA. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, the practice provides 10 days of paid time off (PTO) annually.
In this role, you will greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and coordinate patient flow. You will also maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and supporting administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a seamless office operation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment, and a detail-oriented and organized attitude. A basic understanding of computer skills and familiarity with office equipment are also important.
