As an Eyewear Specialist at Eyewear Junkie, you will be the face of the brand, providing a seamless and personalized shopping experience for customers. Your role will involve guiding customers through frame selection, offering expert advice on lens options, and ensuring the proper fit of their eyewear. You will also help drive sales through product knowledge, customer service excellence, and your expertise in current eyewear trends. We are hiring for our 21st and Greenwich location!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers & help them find eyewear perfect for them
- Help inform customers about their sunglasses, eyewear and prescription.
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Checking in prescription eyewear to ensure it is what the doctors prescription states
- Cross-sell products
- Make sure the store is organized, back stock is out, and store is merchandised well.
- Daily cleaning and organizing
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with the newest cutting edge lens technology
Skills

- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Basic math skills
- Weekends will be a must but will have opportunities of rotating once staff is at adequate level
