Eyman is looking for a Commercial Service Account Manager to join our team!
Duties/Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the sale of Eyman Plumbing Heating and Air Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Sales & Project Management. As an ambitious self-starter, will build and manage long-term client relationships by checking in with existing customers and making outbound sales calls. Additionally, will be required to estimate and close new sales opportunities with minimal supervision.
- Builds partnering relationships with new and existing owners or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Eyman Plumbing Heating and Air offerings.
- Proactively addresses customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements. Recommends solutions and links customer needs to total value solution and competitive advantage. Differentiates Eyman’s Services from competitors by applying creativity and innovation in a value-add sales approach
- Responds promptly to customer requests including developing quotes for repairs, replacements and upgrades to existing mechanical systems.
- Promotes multi-year HVAC Service agreements to new and existing customers. Support Commercial/Industrial Service Group on renewals of existing service agreements.
- Develop job estimates, presenting proposals, procuring equipment, materials and subcontracts, monitoring, and accurately projecting job costs, maintain billing and project schedules.
- Visits job sites as required. Performs work inspections, checks job progress and resolves project and contract issues.
- Investigates potentially serious job concerns and implements corrective measures, including ensuring all change orders are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work.
- Present at Industry Events including, “Lunch and Learn” presentations to vertical market customers.
- Gathers and reports to management, information regarding current and future market trends as well as assists management in tracking and implementing sales strategies and developing new markets.
- Continually improve on sales skills and product knowledge to maintain competitive advantage in very high paced and competitive environment

Ideal Candidates Should Have
- Strong understanding of commercial/industrial HVAC Systems
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- A proven track record of sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Will not be afraid of heights
- Driver’s License Required
