Job description : The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving demand via multi-channel marketing initiatives to optimize client and revenue growth for their portfolio (a set of vessels available for charter in specific geographies). This position will also focus on developing and delivering compelling and engaging marketing content that drives prospecting, lead generation, client retention and reactivation initiatives delivered through a variety of communication channels, including brochures, web content, and digital and print advertising.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be hands-on, detail-oriented, working in close collaboration with EYOS Management, Marketing, Client Sales, and Expedition Ops teams to effectively differentiate and communicate their portfolio of products in the direct and trade markets. This person will effectively own the marketing responsibilities for their charter fleet and geographies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a luxury or travel brand, targeting existing and new audiences utilizing digital channels including social media, direct marketing, advertising, earned and owned media, and third-party partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, self-motivated creative problem solver with excellent writing and editing skills and an analytic approach. Experience in the superyacht industry is a plus.
Responsibilities :
With the Director of Marketing and CRM Analyst, develop, oversee and execute marketing plans to support charter marketing initiatives, including :
- Prepare, plan and manage charter marketing content, including developing and editing brochures, digital and print advertising, web content, once / monthly email content and audience (mailing list) coordination, sales support materials, yacht-specific social media, and multi-purpose video content
- Work with Production Manager and Graphic Designers to develop and produce compelling collateral in support of meeting overall direct revenue objectives, liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to review / approve all final communication prior to release
- With Director of Marketing, develop various onboard marketing materials and programs, including developing new kids’ program
- Work closely with Director of Marketing on PR plan, develop content for various trade and consumer publications
