We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our product lines.
Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of EZ-ACCESS products, from concept to commercialization. This role requires market research, competitive analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to ensure our products align with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for product innovation, enhancements, and launches.
· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, customer insights research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps.
· Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure product feasibility, design, and alignment with company goals.
· Go-To-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and messaging for new and existing products.
· Performance & Optimization: Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and refine products for continuous improvement.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry regulations, safety standards, and certification requirements.
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between various departments, ensuring alignment and execution of product strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Experience: 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in manufacturing, accessibility solutions, or hardware products.
· Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
o Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
o Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
o Familiarity with accessibility products or related industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
