What You’ll Own

This isn’t a “maybe-you-book-a-job” type of role.
You’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine, turning red-hot leads into booked moves, every day:

  • Answer every inbound lead like your commission depends on it — because it does
  • Follow up on missed calls, website inquiries, past leads, and text leads — no lead left behind
  • Quote and close deals on the spot — we’ll teach you how to sell value, not discounts
  • Book moves directly in SmartMoving — precision is power
  • Collaborate with our outbound reps to maximize conversions
  • Hit and exceed your KPIs — we track everything, and we expect high performance
  • Confirm booked jobs and keep the customer experience seamless

  • You’ve closed service-based deals over the phone (moving industry experience is a huge plus)
  • You know how to build trust and sell confidence in minutes
  • You don’t wait for leads — you chase every opportunity until it closes
  • You’re sharp with CRMs — SmartMoving and HubSpot experience is a major advantage
  • You stay calm, organized, and sharp in high-volume environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift

Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
