What You’ll Own
This isn’t a “maybe-you-book-a-job” type of role.
You’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine, turning red-hot leads into booked moves, every day:
- Answer every inbound lead like your commission depends on it — because it does
- Follow up on missed calls, website inquiries, past leads, and text leads — no lead left behind
- Quote and close deals on the spot — we’ll teach you how to sell value, not discounts
- Book moves directly in SmartMoving — precision is power
- Collaborate with our outbound reps to maximize conversions
- Hit and exceed your KPIs — we track everything, and we expect high performance
- Confirm booked jobs and keep the customer experience seamless
