We are a rapidly growing residential moving company specializing in stress-free, seamless relocations. With over 7 years of experience in the moving and logistics industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth moves for our clients.
We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming leads, book moving appointments, and follow up with potential customers. If you have strong sales skills, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):
✅ Answer ALL incoming calls & inquiries from potential customers.
✅ Book moving appointments by understanding customer needs & providing pricing estimates.
✅ Follow up on missed calls, website inquiries, and past leads to maximize conversions.
✅ Maintain & update our CRM (HubSpot/SmartMoving) to track leads & customer interactions.
✅ Confirm & remind customers about their upcoming moves.
✅ Work closely with our outbound sales reps to close more deals.
✅ Hit monthly sales targets & KPIs to help us grow.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in sales or customer service (moving, logistics, or home services preferred).
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills—you know how to build rapport & close deals.
✔ Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls while staying organized.
✔ Self-motivated & results-driven—you thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
✔ CRM experience (SmartMoving, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
✔ Excellent follow-up skills—no lead gets left behind!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
