Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Handle customer transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and register management.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the car wash facility and surrounding areas.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Quickly think on your feet to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and report any issues to the Store Manager.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is a plus.
