What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at EZ Clean Express Car Wash?
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash.
- Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using pay stations or self-serve facilities, if applicable.
- Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests
- Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area.
- Attend regular staff meetings.
- Interacting with coworkers and management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software.
- Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and customer-related policies.
- Motivated in fast paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment.
- May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
