Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the car wash team for a smooth operation.
- Manage day-to-day car wash operations and maintenance.
- Provide top-notch customer service and handle inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality car wash services and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales and revenue.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Previous car wash management experience preferred.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
The Site Manager will be expected to work with other EZ Clean Express Car Wash staff to ensure that the customer experience is a priority. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of the site and problem solve quickly when issues arise. The Site Manager will report directly to the Area Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
