Role in Our Organization: As a Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) at EZ Edits, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating high-quality outbound sales leads to drive business growth.
What Youβll Do
- Source High-Quality Leads: Identify and gather high-quality leads with complete contact information (Emails, Phone Numbers, and Names). π
- Leverage Multiple Lead Sources: Use methods such as LinkedIn, online databases, industry directories, and social media to generate leads. π
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Maintain strong communication with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff. π€
- Assign Leads to BDRs via CRM: Import and assign leads using HubSpot CRM while ensuring compliance with data integrity standards. π»
- Follow Lead Quality Guidelines: Adhere to our Lead Quality Checklist before officially importing and assigning leads. β
- Optimize Lead Generation Processes: Propose processes and SOPs to enhance sales and marketing efficiency. π
- Resilience & Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively, adapt to challenges, and find innovative lead-generation strategies. π‘
- Experience & Proven Success: 6 months experience in Business Development, Sales, or a Lead Generation role. π
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with lead generation tools and databases. Bonus: Experience using HubSpot CRM. π οΈ
- Strong Communication & Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and communicate effectively with the sales team. π£οΈ

- Compensation (Tentative, Pending Accountant Approval): π°
- Leads scoring 80-90% quality = Tier 1 commission (one-time, regardless of conversion). π₯
- Leads scoring 91% quality = Tier 2 commission (one-time, regardless of conversion). π
- Leads that convert into clients = Additional one-time commission based on Tier. π
- Performance Expectations (OTE): Subject to change depending on Accountant approval π
- Generate 500-2,000 leads per month (~$400 - $2,000 CAD based on quality & conversion). (Converted to local currency for respective countries) π΅
- Secondary Metrics: Lead Quality, Response Time, Conversion Rates, CRM Compliance. π

- Potential transition to PT/FT role based on performance after contract completion. π―
