We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
The successful candidate will have experience in mortgage lending, with a strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo loan programs, and Non-QM Loans. Proficiency in loan origination software (Encompass) is also required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage lending (loan processing, underwriting, or loan assistance).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in loan origination software (Encompass).
- Understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo loan programs, and Non-QM Loans.
- Self-motivated, able to work under deadlines, and customer-focused.
