We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Moving Helpers to join our team on a contract basis. Job Summary: As a Moving Helper, you will assist in the relocation of residential and commercial goods. Your primary responsibilities will include packing, loading, transporting, and unloading items with care and efficiency. You will work closely with our moving team to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing and unpacking items, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage.
- Load and unload items onto and from moving trucks, using manual and mechanical lifting equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture and other large items as needed for transport.
- Navigate routes and ensure timely delivery of goods to their destination.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning up debris and packaging materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their moving needs and preferences.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Handle and resolve any client complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of moving supplies such as boxes, tape, and bubble wrap.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 100 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work long hours and flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
