We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems revolving around garage doors. No experience is necessary, we are more than willing to teach and train the right candidate. As a Service Technician/Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as per company standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Service and install garage doors and openers
Qualifications
- Hardworking individual with dedication to the job
- Service technician/installing experience is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
