Overview: EZ PULL N PAY is a self-serve auto parts facility that specializes in quality used auto parts at a fraction of the cost of new parts. We are based out of Atlanta, Ga and have grown to 5 locations in Georgia and Alabama with more to come.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our automotive recycling facility in the Montgomery Alabama area. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a desire to lead and grow a strong team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a strong and efficient production crew, a clean, safe and organized parts yard for a superior customer experience and maintaining a safe, energetic and productive work environment. Duties:
- Oversee the overall operation of the facility
- Manage and train a team of customer service representatives to provide a positive experience at our facility
- Ensure that we run a safe and environmentally friendly facility.
- Monitor and control car buying and a precise car inventory.
- Implement and maintain plans to track commodity inventories and sales
- Build and train a team to fill needs in each department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the condition and accuracy of the yard.
- Help to maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
- Manage and maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
